DeepClaw is an internal tool operated by dacier.design for managing Pinterest accounts owned by our organization. This policy describes how data accessed via the Pinterest API is handled.
2. Data Collected
When connected to a Pinterest account, DeepClaw accesses:
OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Pinterest
Pin, board, and account metadata (titles, descriptions, images, URLs, timestamps)
Analytics and reporting data (impressions, saves, clicks, audience insights) for accounts we own or are explicitly authorized to manage
Account profile information (username, account type)
We do not collect data from Pinterest users other than the account owner, and we do not scrape or collect data outside the official Pinterest API.
3. How Data Is Used
Data is used exclusively for:
Internal analytics and reporting on our own Pinterest properties
Scheduling and publishing pin content authored by our team
Operational dashboards used by dacier.design staff
We do not sell, rent, or share Pinterest data with third parties. We do not use Pinterest data for advertising targeting outside Pinterest's own platform.
4. Storage and Security
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest
Data is stored on infrastructure controlled by dacier.design
Access is restricted to authenticated dacier.design staff
We follow industry-standard practices for credential rotation and access logging
5. Data Retention
OAuth tokens: retained while the integration is active; revoked and deleted within 30 days of disconnection
Analytics snapshots: retained up to 24 months for historical comparison, then deleted
Pin content metadata: retained while the source pin exists on Pinterest
6. User Rights
You may revoke DeepClaw's access at any time via your Pinterest account settings. To request deletion of any data we hold related to your account, contact admin@deepbluedigitalmedia.com — we will process the request within 30 days.
7. Third-Party Sharing
None. Data accessed via the Pinterest API is not shared with any third party.
8. Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
